The equipment carries out grout technical injections of water, cement and chemical additives appropiated for bridge tensile structs and civil works.

After connecting the hydraulic and electric hoses we will start working with the equipment. It will be carried out the water dosing programming according the quantity of cement which is required in the grout process. We will provide panels in the manual instruction and also in the adhesives on the machine itself. Likewise, it also selects the working pressure and the requested flows. Once we finish with the grout in the first mixer, it will transfer to the second mixer where it carries out the grout while at the same time is processing a new grout. The working method is continuous, without breaks or waitings. The injection will be control by the electrical component box or by the remote control.

The machine is designed to provide longlife in a high performance working conditions, without breakdowns or complicated maintenances.

The entire whole (which is included in stainless steel parts) are protected with a synthetic painting, colour under clients election.

The materials are originals, also raw material like other elements, which are of first brand, with different certificates and always fulfillment and exceeding European regulations.
